Appointments
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a 24 hour
notice is required for cancellations. Any appointment not canceled
a minimum of 24 hours in advance will be considered a
“no-show” and will be assessed a $35.00 charge.
This charge will be posted to your account and must be paid
in full prior to scheduling any further appointments.
We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist in Fort Myers, FL, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible..

A: Medicare, Medicaid and most group insurance plans. Contact

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, personal checks (with the exception of the
first visit), Master Card, Visa, and Bank Debit Cards with the
Visa / Master Card logo
Q: When is payment due for services?
A: Payment of any co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles are
payable when you sign in, prior to being seen by the doctor.
Q: What if my insurance company does not cover or pay for some
services?
A: Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your
insurance company. We are not a party to that contract and in
the event they (your insurance carrier) does not cover certain
charges, payment will be your responsibility.
Please be aware that some, and perhaps all, of the services
provided may be non-covered services and not considered reasonable
and necessary under the Medicare program and/or other medical
insurance.
